We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how your item can be returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, photographic evidence of the damage will be required. We will then arrange to collect the item for free and provide a replacement if still in stock. If not in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please ensure the item is put back in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To do this, please email us at returns@coventgardentables.com within 5 working days of receiving the order. For a fee we can arrange collection of the unwanted item. Please ensure it is put back in its original packaging and is in the same condition as received. We will issue a refund once the item has been received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
